This little work of art is the 'Painted Church' on the Big Island of Hawaii, a little south of Kona. I met a gentleman who was shooting with a Nikon camera similar to mine, so we naturally struck up a conversation. He was using I believe a Nikon 10-24mm and after noticing my interest in the lens, asked if I wanted to try it. I absolutely loved the thing and was able to capture this shot with his lens! Cool side note: I saw this exact shot a few weeks later on a postcard in town.
